Order Processing (shipping policy)

Your order will ship as soon as payment confirmation is received, within a timeframe of 1 - 3 business days. Orders made during the weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day. An email will be sent when order shipped.

We offer standard shipping and express shipping at checkout.

Estimate for delivery is as follow:

Express, 2 - 4 business days

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

An email will be sent to you with the link for the tracking number. You may use the link to track your item until delivery to your door.

International Shipping

We currently offer international delivery to limited countries. Depending upon where you are located, additional international shipping charges and import duties will apply. It will then be the customer's responsibility.

Delays or Lost Packages:

Damaged Products

If your bag arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 48 hours with a photo confirming the product and packaging. We will review the situation and send the replacement or refund.
