Nothing is more essential to us than customer satisfaction at Boga Bags. In the unlikely event that you ever need to return your order for any reason at all, we are here to help.
You can submit request for return within 7 days from the date of receipt of delivery of your order.
Note that the product should be returned in original pack, including invoice and all product labels.
Note that exchange of any product is not acceptable currently.
1. Eligibility to Return
You are entitled to request return within 7 days of delivery date of your product.
All returned products should be new, unused, unwashed, and should be damage-free with original tags, labels, and boxes intact.
Products showing evidence of use, wear, or modification will be rejected.
Products must be well packaged in such a manner that transit loss or damage is avoided.
COD and delivery are non-returnable.
2. Damaged or Missing Product Report
If you find your product damaged, incomplete, or defective upon delivery, kindly return within 24 hours of receipt date.
You can ask from your account by filling all the details requested, such as product and box photos, for verification intentions.

3. Product & Packaging Condition
Return the product in exactly the same condition as it was first received.
Pack it securely with all the attachments and labels intact to prevent transit damage.
The returned product needs to be in fresh, unused condition, and arrive within the specified period to be eligible for a refund.
4. Return Inspection & Process Time
All the returns are inspected and approved process.
7–14 working days from the date upon which you have sent us your parcel should pass before your parcel is delivered to our warehouse.
Once approved by us:

Prepaid orders: Refund within 10–15 business days.

COD orders: Refunds will be processed to your account in 15–20 business days according to the bank calendar.
If we can't send your bank details, then store credit or coupon code of equivalent value will be given that can be used on Boga Bags' website.
Our customer care center will notify you of how long your coupon code is active as soon as we give it to you.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
5. Points Worth Noting
Returns that meet the above on their own will be accepted.
Non-returnable: Ship and COD fees.
Returns not approved will be rejected.
Any return not in accordance with the above will be refused by Boga Bags at its discretion.
6. Warranty Policy
We guarantee workmanship and material at Boga Bags.
We provide a 1-year warranty for new and non-sale items against defects of manufacture.
Against this policy of warranty:

We mend for free in case of legitimate defects (exchange or refund not possible).

If the product is damaged through misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear, repair service will be levied.
Some examples of mishandling are:
cutting or tearing due to a sharp object, discoloration, burning, improper cleaning, color migration, or any other non-factory quality damage.
7. Not Returnable or Under Warranty
You are hereby informed that sale promotion, offer campaign, or discount deal purchased merchandise are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, or not warranty-covered.
